2 yrs ago I went to Egypt & went snorkelling - it was wonderful but I couldn't really see much

Is there a solution to this - contacts & I don't get on very well

you can buy masks with prescription lenses, but I think they are pretty expensive, especially if you're not planning on using it that often.

Oh, poop - that is shame

Worth every penny, I'd say.

My dd has prescription googles which I'm sure would fit under a snorkel mask, cost about 30 quid. Essential for her as she's so short-sighted she's dangerous without them!

She went River Trekking on holiday this year and certainly wouldn't have been safe without them but loved it!

I went snorkelling in Florida this year, for the first time. I bought daily disposal lenses as I hate them usually but didn't want to miss out and they were incredibly comfortable compared to when I first tried them, you can lose them and not care and the snorkelling was WONDERFUL - one of the the highlights of our holiday really.

Or even prescription goggles - guess who's fingers type google too often...

£60 for a prescription Tusa mask and more types here.

if you do buy a mask make sure you follow the preparation instructions v carefully before you use it ... otherwise it will just steam up and you'll see nothing

That is quite a lot

I don't think I can justify it - never mind

try the dailies - I've tried a couple of other types and hated them, never comfortable etc but the new dailies from Specsavers have more water apparently and were really good.
