First cruise and unsure which sea sickness medication to pack

First cruise coming up and putting together a first aid kit. Could anyone recomend sea sickness medication just in case? I’m confused by the range / patches vs tablets etc

sturgeon for me take it as I leave the house and don't stop taking it until I get home covers me for any trips off the ship up mountains in coaches etc anything and everything makes me feel travel sick including a lilo in the sea!! sturgeon has worked brilliantly for me wish I had discovered it years ago had opened up so many doors for me still will not go on any fairground rides though !

I take Stugeron with me but rarely need them. You’ll find you get your sea legs after a very short while.
