Suggestions for a two week Scotland holiday with wildlife and islands

We have hired a camper van before and loved it. We are keen to visit Scotland for next summer for two full weeks.

We have happy to camper van as it will be August. Or stay in the clean and warm accommodation a bit out of the way if we have great scenery.

We really want to see lots wildlife and great landscapes not too far away from great pub and some civilisation though. Also love history but don’t really like cities although never been to a Scottish one!

Happy to go in a boat, happy to coach ride much less happy to do a flight unless it is to get completely out of the way. Find train much more expensive than coach normally. Happy to do one week somewhere and then another somewhere else. We like islands.

Can anyone suggest some Scottish places to visit. Thanks

Also we love cruises! We are two adults and a teenager!

Another recommendation for Mull, with trips to Iona (stunning) and Fingals Cave. We found a guy on Facebook to do a full day wildlife guided tour, which was great - but just on your own you can see otters, eagles (golden and sea), dolphins, seals etc. It's a beautiful place.

The other place I'd hugely recommend is Aigas Field Centre near Inverness, where you stay in lodges on a beautiful Scottish Estate and get taken around by expert guides. They do lots of different holidays, depending on your area of focus. More expensive of course, but it's like a Scottish wildlife version of an all inclusive holiday, and very relaxing. https://www.aigas.co.uk/
