Ideas for a four night European break at the end of June

Me and the male are wanting 4 nights away end of June. No idea where to go. He just says pick anywhere we just need a break. Which is true . So 4 nights with somewhere nice to go on a couple of the nights and hotel for the other 2. Europe please. We wanted Malta but we are on a very tight timescale 6 days leave to go for 4 nights and can't work it with flights etc

Gdansk/Sopot. It should be a nice enough temperature, lots of nice bars and museums and the beach in Sopot.

So many places to choose from!

I've been to Paris, Budapest, Prague, Kraków, Barcelona, Romę, Venice, Vienna/Bratislava, Lisbon, New York, Tirana, Munich, Brugge, Malaga, Amsterdam, Palma- all worked well for 3 or 4 night trips.

My favourite by some way was Rome - I've been three times, and could go back there time and time again. But I think it could be too hot in June. Lisbon was very nice in June, good weather when we went last year, but not too hot to walk about. Plenty to see, good restaurants, some lovely little beach towns not too far by train for the day.

Next on my list is Valencia and Tbilisi.

Porto

Budapest would be great for 4 days. Im here now staying in a lovely apartment. Lots of great places to visit and eat and drink. Check out the ruin bars!

For amazing food, San Sebastien but if you’re looking for somewhere cooler then Stockholm or Copenhagen. Nice is only an hour and a bit away or Prague or Budapest.

We are going to Barcelona with the kids for 5 days in 2 weeks. Mix of beaches and eating and wandering.

Brugge is lovely for 3 or 4 days. There is enough to keep you busy for 3-4 days but not really enough for a week. Gorgeous chocolates too.

Fly to Sicily for a night and then ferry to Malta for 3 nights and fly back from there. Or reverse.
