We're looking at having a week away in the UK at the end of June and would love any suggestions.
I've done SO much googling and I'm overwhelmed by all the choices.
We're looking for somewhere fairly north - Northumberland, Yorkshire or North Wales ideally.
We have a 1.5 year old, so would love somewhere family friendly with facilities for kids. I'm thinking soft play, pool maybe play areas etc.
Please give a girl some recommendations!

I’d highly recommend Centre Parcs, your little one would love it there I’m sure 😄

Ribby Hall Village- it's about 15mins away from Blackpool but in the countryside, really easy to access from the motorway. Perfect for little ones- especially if they like feeding ducks!

We've been to Ribby Hall before, as it is right on our doorstep! We loved it, but we're looking for something with more of a holiday feel if that makes sense? I could be looking for the impossible!

2nd for centre parcs, we've just got back from Whinfell forest in Penrith. Id never looked at centre parcs before kids but I must admit it is perfectly set up for them. The park is car free other than arrival/departure day, there are parks and soft plays, shops, the water park is great and theres loads of additional activities to book. We didnt struggle to entertain our 2 year old for a minute

Centre parcs is great but quite pricey. Have a look at the Haven site, Hafan Y Mor near to Pwllheli, it is fantastic for toddlers. There is loads to do for little ones and there are lovely beaches very close. We have been many times.

Woodland Lakes Lodges in Yorkshire has soft play and an indoor pool.

DS2, DDIL and DGS(2) got back from Centre Parcs yesterday. They had the best time. DGS is really sad to be home. They were out of their lodge all day long and never struggled to find something to do.

To all the Centre Parc responses - we are looking at going for 7 nights and it's just a bit pricey there for that length of time, especially when factoring in that activities there also cost money. Maybe one day though, as we'd love to go!
