Are you booking holidays in the current volatile situation?

We are looking to book a holiday in Italy in August, but slightly nervous prices will go up a lot. On one had, I want to lock in the flights and rental cars, but the other hand I worry about the price of petrol, food etc if current war / Trump madness continues. What are other people doing?

Yes we booked Croatia back in January for August. Glad we did as I’ve just looked and prices have really gone up.
Might be the UK next year if it continues.

Yes…Budapest in May, Rome in July and France in August. 🫣

Currently in Turkey on holiday … have booked flights to NZ via Singapore for next February. Will look for a European destination later this year.

Yes, we are going to France, Wales, Greece and probably another European city break with my daughter. We were planning on going to the states but have decided against that this year though!

Just booked flights to Italy. They were £50 return. I'm staying with a friend and it's not a disaster if my flights get changed a bit.

We decided to press on with house improvements instead this year. With all the uncertainty, we will see how our funds are in August. Fully geared up for a UK holiday.

We are booking holidays too. At the moment we're just staying away from the Middle East or avoid flying through the Middle East (stop over in Dubai for example).

Still booking and hoping for the best. You’re safest booking a package holiday and make sure you have good travel insurance

I've booked a holiday to Crete in mid June and when we come back I'll be booking one for the Olympic Riviera. I used Jet2

We’re in Thailand at the moment (direct flight, no ME stop over as I dislike indirect flights) and booked to go to Greece later in the year (not Cyprus or near Cyprus and booked last year, before things kicked off). Might book somewhere in Europe for later in the year as well. DP also has a couple of business trips to the US scheduled over the coming months.

Yes, I don’t listen or watch the news and live my life as normal as possible.
