I’m hoping to go here over Easter. How long do you think we’d need at the park? One full day ? One and a half?
We are not going with children. Any other top tips please? What’s the food like? Merci!

I looooove Puy Du Fou. I would recommend getting the VIP pass if you can. And book some of the food shows, they are great. We did three days there and managed to see everything nearly. The Saturday night show is worth staying for.

Thank you, We can’t be there on a Saturday. Maybe my idea of 1 and half days wasn’t generous enough

We did it in one rushed day about nine years ago in August with two DC but it was only possible because of the VIP pass. I imagine the programme has changed and maybe it’s even more popular now. Two days at least. You could maybe stay onsite too?

We were there about 8/9 years ago as well with young DC. We just did a day but didn't get to everything and that was on a quiet day (no queues) with our time well planned out. So definitely 2 days. It's an amazing place, DC still talk about it!

The birds are amazing.

We have booked to go at Easter as well the kids are really excited!

my partner has downloaded the app and has been trying to plan the shows, but it only seems to let you plan the next 3 days, is this right? We are not
going until April do we just need to eat until near err the time?

Also are there other things to do other than the shows?

My main worry is that if it rains it could spoil all the weekend!

We had 2 days with the Pass Emotion the first day. That enabled us to see everything and repeat a couple of favourite shows.
There are two nighttime shows - the big one on Fridays/Saturdays but also a smaller one (Les Noces de Feu) on other nights. We saw the smaller one and it was lovely, really worthwhile.

A lot of the shows are indoors - the 3 “walk through” shows, Le Mime et L’Etoile, les Mousquetaires, Le Dernier Panache. And the Roman one has mostly covered seating. So plenty of respite if it’s raining.

The food is…meh. Not great, not dreadful. TBH it’s something you grab between shows rather than part of the experience! I think there are big immersive meals you can book but we didn’t.

Just to add that it is fabulous!! Do go!
