Thermostat setting winter holiday vs humidity

Having a 3 week holiday during uk winter. What is the best temperature to leave a hive thermostat on?
Have been monitoring bungalow humidity. This morning our bay lounge was 16.3 degrees and 57 humidity with no overnight heating. My concern is if the thermostat is set too low the humidty will build and mould damp would be potential issue. We had a spot of mould previously on part of the bay.
Is it better to set the heating to come on and off daily or just set the thermostat to say 17? Just had hive installed so getting used to it. Plus if abroad could be potential issues in monitoring.
No trickle vents in lounge and can't leave a window latched due to insurance and being a bungalow a risk we won't take.
Any suggestions.

We tend to leave ours on about 12°. If you use the holiday setting put it back to normal at least 24 hours before your return as it takes a while to get temperature up. Must admit I've never considered humidity.

We leave ours at 13 ( insurance says 12 I think)

with no people breathing and no laundry drying humidity shouldn’t be a problem

I don’t leave mine on but set it to turn back on the day we return (if I’ve got the controls right) I’ve arrived back having failed to set the holiday setting right and the house was still 14 degrees with no heating for a fortnight - so depends on your house, insulation, attached to others, location etc

I’m away for 3 weeks and I’ve left my thermostat on 16. We came home to mould on our sofas a couple of years ago so I don’t want to let it get too cold.

I turn ours off apart from an hour a day.
Never had mould or damp.

That's interesting.
I was out of the house today, all heating off and no one had been in the lounge. I left doors open for air circulation. Bedroom and bathroom all aired. Came home at 5pm and the lounge was 16.5 degrees and 57 on hydrometer. It's a lounge with 3 outside walls with a bay and side window. I think I may have to set the heating to come on for a couple of hours in the morning and evening as can see that 57 reading creeping up easily to the 60s. I plugged in a dehumidifier and it was reading in early 60s but got the room back to 45 within half an hour.
