Hi everyone

Vietnam. It was amazing and every time we moved to a new area the whole vibe changed. We did Hanoi, Hoi an, Ho Chi Minh and a few beach days in Mui Ne. Booked through Kuoni, who were brilliant.

I’ve never been to that side of the world, so completely new culture. I have also never done a cruise.

so just a completely different step outside my comfort zone. I am sure it will be amazing

Honestly it really will be amazing, it’s my joint best holiday ever and I’ve travelled a lot.

We stayed in Cambodia first, then went on the cruise and then stayed in Vietnam. The ship was really small and we made so many good friends. One lady I now go on holiday with each year.

The excursions were excellent, one was a blessing from a monk, another helping DC learn English as a Saturday language school and one where we went to a farming village in Vietnam and picked crops and met lots of the villagers. Scenic are really into different modes of transport so that was cool as well went on different types of boats, bikes, tuk tuks etc.

It was definitely a 10/10 trip.

DH and I just had three weeks in Chile over Chritsmas. (no kids). It was incredible. We did Patagonia, the Atacama desert, lots of hiking, sight-seeing etc.

Thank so much all - how do you all book your holidays? We have always just booked each part individually but with a bigger holiday I was thinking of using a travel agent or a specialised company, would this be a good idea? If so who would you recommend please?

Nah Travel agents are hopeless - always perfer to book direct and plan ourselves
