Have you tried lastminute.com?

I've got a voucher for buy on get one free that includes legoland - look on the free for post thread for my email addy. I believe under 3's are free to Legoland mainly because they can't actually do much there!

buyagift.com often has deals.
don't know if it still does, but last seaon tumbletots members could get a good rate by booking in advance.

tesco are doing 2for1 with all puchases over £10 (or they were last week).
under 3's are free.
tesco clubcard vouchers can be exchanged for a legoland deal.

2 for 1 vouchers for places, including legoland, i meant.

It is expensive and under 3s are free for a reason. There is limited value to them.

I would possibly reconsider and go in a couple of years, unless you are going as part of a larger group. For now I would to woburn or whipsnade or something like that which he will get more out of TBH - even though it is almost as expensive.

ChasingSquirrels · 31/05/2008 10:18

If you can get in cheaply it isn't so bad though. We took ds1 (just 5 at the time) last year for his birthday but left ds2 (20mo) at home. ds2 is now 2.4 and I would take him along (not in school hols) now and he would enjoy it.
I wouldn't however take either of them, or myself, if I was paying full price.

SlightlyMadSweet · 31/05/2008 12:16

I would agree CS, I would take them as a younger sibling....but if I was going for the sake of a 2yo I wouldn't do it. There are other days out which they would enjoy much much more, which don't involve quese of up to 1hr - and where they can be nvolved in all of the activities on offer not just 25% of them.

We took DTDs when they were just 4. They were just over the height for all but about 3 of the rides so they literally went on everything.

ChasingSquirrels · 31/05/2008 12:46

yes good point.
we ended up the day at the little fairground type rides, they were basically empty and ds1 just ran from one to the otehr, had a good hour there going on more rides than the rest of the day put together.

Linz2, I have one of those tesco vouchers and could post it you if you like.

There are also "1 free ticket when you buy one" vouchers in the French brand of chocolate brioches (the ones with the blue/red/yellow packaging - sorry can't remember the name. Morrisons definitely stock them.
