Classy holiday camp?

We only holiday in the UK due to my child’s health issues. We normally go to holiday camps as my eldest hasADHD and needs a lot of activities. However, without sounding like a snob, often the people don't have much in common with us and my eldest can’t make friends. They are also often too loud for her - sensory overload, with kid entertainments is on too late in the eve and a large arcade area.

is there such a thing as a more upmarket/classy UK holiday park, which doesn’t cost over our budget (2k a week in July)

Most people we know that holiday in the UK use Airbnb, but my eldest needs to swim every day and do other activities so a holiday camp with on site pool and other sport clubs suits our family better!

We go to the Mole Resort in Devon quite a bit. It’s got swimming pool and gym. Then lodges come with a hot tub and loads of activities on site.

Holkham/Wells area is beautiful - good enough for the royal family! Sandringham is worth a visit out that way too. Be careful to check the tides out that way if on the beach - easy to get trapped.

We stayed at one of these resorts (Cheddar Woods) in Somerset in a lodge. Swimming pool, spa and GoActive activity programmes for kids (archery, subaqua, pirates, pool, climbing etc)

Harrison holidays.

The one in Southport has a pool, splashpad and good park.

There are several but that's probably the best for children. Near Southport for days out.

Looking at prices next year a week at Center Parcs is £2.1k for the cheapest lodge so maybe looking forward and booking in advance if you can?

Knoll House in Studlsnd Bay might suit you? https://www.knollhouse.co.uk/offers/fun-in-the-sun

agree Crieff Hydro is great but a long way from the areas you have suggested. Celtic Manor Resort is another and is in Wales.

If only I could afford centre parcs! So expensive during school hols

Pity you need to stay in the uk the Netherland Centerparcs are much cheaper the last week of August.

I think someone else mentioned Hobourne, we have been to Naish and Bashley and they are nice and think they have some special offers on at the moment and definitely in your budget
