Switzerland-if you could do one cable car trip only

We are going to Switzerland this summer, staying in Lauterbrunnen and have three days there. The Swiss pass and half fare pass is prohibitively expensive for a family of four on a budget and we will probably do some free hikes from lauterbrunnen, go into interlaken etc so don’t think it’s good value for us. We would like to do one cable car/furnicular and hike thing though. What would you choose?

On our list is
harder kulm
murren and almendhubel
Murren and schilthorn
Kleine scheidegg

Which is best? And am I missing any? Ideally we would get a cable car up where there are some things to do, playground, alpine toboggan that sort of thing.

Will have 3 adults and 4 kids aged 14, 14, 11 and 8. 8 year old is a good hiker though.

Thank you!

Kleine Scheidegg is a train not cable car, you can take Mannlichen cable car from Wengen and hike over then train back. Schilthorn is a cablecar and gives highest vantage point(and James Bond experience) but not a real hiking point. Muerren does though, you can hike back to the funicular down to Lauterbrunnen, via Almendhubel/Winteregg if you choose.

I’ve done all of the above (although two of them by hiking up) - there is surprisingly little at the top of each apart from quite expensive restaurants. They’re mainly there for the views and to enable faster access to higher hiking trails/skiing.
Murren has access to Via Ferrara and Almendhubel has a playground - it’s a straightforward walk up from Murren. You can hike to Murren from the car park in the Valley but it’s probably a bit much for an 8 year old.
The views from both Harder Kulm and Schilthorn are spectacular but Schilthorn is just a view (and the most expensive hot chocolate I’ve ever had).
Kleine Schiedig is a hiking/skiing base and wasn’t too interesting out of season. End of a great panoramic hike though. You get good views of the Eiger up close. Jungfrau has an observatory with a snow fun park nearby. That might be a good option instead of some of your others albeit a bit pricey.
There is a nice waterfall grotto in Lauterbrunnen and you can Kayak/raft close by, likewise a glacier canyon walk near Grindelwald. There is a base jumping station nearby Lauterbrunnen where you can watch absolute nutcases hurl themselves off cliffs when the weather conditions are good. Interlaken itself is just an outdoors hub with associated sports shops, tourist tat shops and expensive food. You probably won’t want to spend long there bar using the supermarket - I strongly recommend taking a picnic and lots of snacks as the restaurants high up are silly money.

Train to Wengen, cable car to Mannlechin. There is an amazing playground there and it is a good view point. You can then either hike to Kleine Scheidegg and get the train down to Lauterbrunnen or get the cable car back to Wengen which has a set of large scale marble runs (pick up marbles at the tourist office) and walk down to Lauterbrunnen.

We loved the kugelweg hasliberg. By a wooden marble for each of them for a few euros and take the cable car up then hike down. There are 13 marble runs built by local businesses all the way down
