Those who’ve cruised with multiple cruise lines

We’ve mainly done RCI but I am looking at other cruise lines for our anniversary next year. I like the look of MSC yacht club for a bit of extra space etc. Has anyone got experience of MSC or indeed any other concierge class onboard? MSC does look good but I am not sold on the itinerary.

Have a look at Silver Seas and Crystal. Both exceptional in

Princess or Celebrity for me.

Done MSC, and then MSC yacht club and that’s my all time favourite. It is my happy place. Also did P&O which was nice and the food was good. Did Queen Anne too and that was really disappointing. They haven’t got their act together at all.

I like celebrity - have travelled with kids on royal Caribbean. Celebrity is similar but more luxurious and more adult.

Another vote for Celebrity cruises from me.

I've been on MSC and it was fine. The entertainment was good. I preferred Norwegian Line. The food was better and less queuing.

You see I loved marella! Heard awful things about celebrity.

What did you hear awful about celebrity, it’s fabulous, def 5*

I love P&O, marella, and MSC 🤷 Beautiful ships, lovely staff, great itineraries, decent food, and all without breaking the bank.

What about Fred Olsen? They seem very expensive and the cabins look shabby and dated.

Very mature Brits. Very nice food and service and a generally very nice, genteel atmosphere.

Mainly (always?) sail from the UK appealing to people who no longer want to fly.

I don't think their loyal clients are too bothered about the ship being modern and gleaming, they care more about the environment suiting them, e.g. no loud music round the pool etc.
