Hello, first trip there. We have an evening, two whole days and possibly a morning. An 11 year old, and two 9 year olds. All small for their age (1m-1.10m).
Any tips of how to structure the days pls? What are the must dos? How to mix shows and things to see against the rides etc? Any tips would be gratefully received. Thanks.

Where are you staying? If you get the magic hour definitely make use of it - queues are much shorter. We did Peter Pan and Thunder mountain one morning and pretty much walked on to both.

Use the app to look at ride times - also can filter attractions by height. And shows you when attractions are closed.

We did the park on the first day & studios on the second and then back to our favourites or bits we had missed.

Wearing your most comfortable shoes is a must!

Book any sit down meals now if you can (can’t remember exactly when reservations open)

The easiest approach to extra magic hour is simply knocking out Fantasyland. There’s always going to be enough open there that you can knock out several rides, and the duration of each is relatively short–meaning that you can easily do a half-dozen rides in that hour. What we like to do is start in Fantasyland, and race over to Frontierland at the tail-end of EMH to hit that right before rope drop.
Don’t miss the Lion King show. Try to catch of the earlier performances and arrive 20 min before the scheduled showtime (potentially more on busier days), unless you’re going to buy guaranteed seating.
Aim to do rides with long queue times during parades or last thing in the evening.
For the afternoon parade, it’s typically fairly easy to get a good spot only 15 min in advance, so it’s not like you’re sacrificing much to see it.
To avoid crowds, have your meals during off-peak eating hours.

Thanks! I think we have the magic hour.
