All-inclusive but with two bedrooms

Hi all,

I’m looking for hotel recommendations please, no more than a 4 hour flight from London.

We’re after all-inclusive but we’d really like something like a mini apartment with 2 bedrooms as the idea of having a 5 year old and 3 year in a room with us or having them on an uncomfortable sofa in a living room doesn’t sound appealing.

It seems impossible to easily find anywhere that offers this - surely this would be a great filter on websites?! I imagine others don’t fancy sharing a room with their kids for a week away.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I came on to say this, my kids loved Eden! And got an en suite and a bathroom.

I've just come back from a Christmas & New Year holiday in the SideStar Resort in Antalya, Turkey. We had the arrangement you are after - very nice, too! The staff there were brilliant with kids, too.

I stayed in a resort in Tenerife a couple of years ago with exactly this set up. I did SC, but they did have AI options. Local travel agent found it for me, and for the life of me, I can't recall the name. It was a golf resort, in the south, only about 15 minutes from the airport. I am pretty sure it was Tui.

I traveled as a single woman with teen boys who couldn't share a room for various reasons. Local travel agent was definitely the way forward to find what would work.

In your situation, put the kids in the room and sleep on the sofa bed yourselves.

I was going to say Lanzarote as well. Relax Lanzasur is the same.

There are several in menorca with 2 bedroom apartments. Ideal for young kids too.

Most family friendly hotels will offer connecting rooms so you don't have to shell out for a suite; both will be standard rooms but one will have a king bed and the other two singles.
It's worth just dropping an email to the hotel to check if they do connecting rooms.
They're sometimes advertised as family rooms or family suites, but are essentially two rooms with a door in between which and be be closed off and sold separately if needed.

We stayed at the Grecotel Lux Me Costa Botanica in Corfu last weekend, mainly on the basis of room layout (2 bedrooms) and had a fantastic time. Our children were 2 and 5 and loved it so much that we're considering going again this summer!

Maxx Royal Belek in Turkey and Ikos Dassia both do (and probably their sister hotels)

Also Valamar in Croatia (which was our best hol ever) has a small separate room for the kids with proper beds.

Highly recommend Blue Lagoon Village in Kos. They have 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suites. Fantastic food on AI too.
