Winter activities for Prague?

Heading for Prague next month for 5 days, I've been once before but in summer rather than winter!

A lot of the stuff I see online relates to Christmas markets etc which obviously we won't be there for, does anyone have any recommendations for fun stuff to do? I don't have a huge budget but wouldn't mind a few nice meals out, I'm veggie now which I wasn't last time I went and I know Czech cuisine is quite 'meat heavy'.

Lots of museums crop up in searches but are they worth seeing or a bit naff? Any advice very welcome!

Hi, we were there over Christmas.
We went to the opera which was fun/different (we wouldn't be regulars!) or what about the ballet or a classical concert? We looked at ice hockey too.
There are loads of beer spas.
We also went to Karlovy Vary, a town 2 hours away. You can do day trips. It's famous for it's spas and there is a public spa with 7 sauna and roof top pool.
I hope that helps.
Ps. We LOVED restaurant Mynlec

There's loads to do in winter. We've been to jazz concerts, museums like the Mucha Museum in fact the only one we've not been to is the National Museum as apparently it's really Czech orientated and very little is described in English. There are also plenty of churches to visit ranging from tacky St Nicholas in Malta Strana to one where they dress the baby Jesus up every day.
The castle is also well worth a visit.

Last time we went the restaurants were mainly Czech but now Indian has become popular.

Castle and walk back down via Mala Strana - that can be a whole day if you throw in lunch. Self-guided tour of the Jewish Quarter and cemetery. Mucha Museum. Boat trip on the river. We really liked the science/technical museum but it was a few years back now - lots of Russian stuff/Sputniks etc. Look up some of the free walking tours - the one we did of the castle district last year was excellent. Lots of cosy lunches. We also really liked the Mynlec restaurant. Obecni Dum / Municipal House for the architecture and a cocktail. The House of the Black Madonna (I think) for tea and fancy cakes. We did a vintage car tour - open topped - but we were there in April. My friend thought she was the Queen Mother - but it could have been the Aperols...😆Get the funicular to top of Petrin Hill. Day trip to Cesky Krumlov. I love Prague.
