Small ship cruise and seasick ness

Am going on a cruise first time ever but am v prone to seasickness. It's a small shop max200 passenger s I've bought tablets to alleviate it but would be grateful fir any other tips to help with this

We use small ships a lot (10-100 guests) and have used patches. They go behind the ears. You might have to seek them out. Pills make me go drowsy! We used patches on Drake Crossing back from Antarctica and they worked.

Other things - look at horizon if you can. Eat regularly. Get a cabin in the middle of the boat and not too high up - might be too late for this! However seas make the most difference. Also you might not do much day sailing.

Going at the end of of this week to the Greek islands. All sailing seems to be overnight.
I'm going to look for the patches now thanks for the tip .

If it’s overnight you really should be ok. I love smaller boats. Really convivial atmosphere.
