is it worth getting a double buggy for ds1 (3yrs) and ds2 (1yr) for our holiday to Spain?

was going to get a very cheap buggy/stroller for ds2, but I'm thinking that if we go out for wander in the evening, then a double could mean that if ds1 is getting tired then it might be a good idea. and maybe also for the airport?

Could be a good idea. Would your 3yo entertain sitting in a buggy though, esp in close proximity to his younger brother? My 3yo wont sit in a buggy anymore, so we have to use a buggy board for when his little legs get tired!

think he might like the novelty factor
but my mum has a buggy board on her pushchair, so that might be a better option (get a cheap single buggy, and borrow her buggy board lol)

No, take 2 singles. Having done it myself with a 3 and 1 yr old, there will be many times when one of you takes one child and the other child somewhere else.

Im thinking take 2 cheap singles too. you can push one each, more manouverable (in the airport etc), easier to fold up and carry, and if you only needed one for a trip to a resteraunt in the evening/lunch etc.

you can get a fold up single dead cheap but not a double i dont think. Prob get 2 cheap singles for less than cheapest double!
