Just booked connecting flights with EasyJet Worldwide using Dohop, it's added to the already eywatering price....is it worth it? It's let us book a transfer at Gatwick with only 90 minutes between flights.....

You need more time than that at Gatwick so would not accept that at all.

The thing with Dohop is that it makes sure you DO get the transfer, and if you don't, because of delays etc, then it gets you onto the next flight etc, which doesn't happen if you don't do the Dohop. That's the whole point of it. You miss your next point to point flight, it's on you. With Dohop, you're covered. It's basically the service that non lo-cost airlines offer as part of the package. They'll be waiting for you at B to rush you through to get onto your flight for C.

Does it even let you book A-B-C without Dohop? Won't it bounce you back to having to book A-B, B-C?

I've only done it a couple of times, but the peace of mind was worth it.

@ASighMadeOfStone that's great, thank you. I didn't realise there would be some one waiting to get us through. We've only booked carry on as we didn't want to be naffing around with checking bags in.

I just book with lots of time between flights. I don’t want to miss a flight because first flight is late. Way too stressful. Scheduled airlines are better for tying in flights. Yes, you pay more but it’s more trustworthy. 90 minutes at Gatwick (which terminals?) is too short.
