Couple of questions here.
context: we’re away for just over a week for a wedding. Staying in a hotel where the food is good but also expensive. spain.

questions:
what do i do about buying yoghurt/ fruit for my little one? Storing it in the hotel?

how do I plan meals so it doesn’t cost me so much?

what’s the latest cool thing to take on a flight with a toddler? We’ve had the busy books, spinners etc.

nervous flying while pregnant, any advice? Previous losses hence the anxiety. Don’t need a letter according to midwife.

2 days are accounted for, food wise because of the wedding.

I flew while 4 months pregnant in my last pregnancy, flying to Spain is fine, it's short haul. I got compression socks to wear on the plane and made sure I was twisting my ankles and moving my legs a bit throughout the flight, you can walk around the plane but I'm terrified of flying and getting out of my seat makes it worse.

You can buy yoghurt and fruit in most supermarkets, or the hotel might have it available. We just bought as we needed it.

Im not sure about meal planning in a hotel in Spain, unless you’ve got a kitchenette. Maybe buy some croissants etc to have for breakfast and keep them in your hotel room, if that’s not included? Spain isn’t a very expensive country so you’ll be able to find good priced food.

We’ve spent about six months in Spain with my two year old since he was born, it’s great. The flight isn’t long; you won’t need much, and it’s a great country for toddlers.

I wouldn’t attempt keeping yogurt cool without fridge.
Cant you just give yogurt for breakfast in the morning at hotel breakfast?

We have a cool bag that’s like lunch box size I take out travelling for day trips snacks for Ds.

You could take some Ella kitchen yogurt pouches with you for ease. They don’t need fridge.

Just pop into local supermarket for fruit or snacks

Surely you can leave the hotel and go to restaurants and cafes?
