Holiday paid in full, can you remove one person?

And would you get any of it refunded? Sorry I know I can ask on jet2 online but I don’t have the holiday details handy… and just wondering what my options would be. Huge issue with one of the adults meant to be holidaying with us and I’m wondering what the consequence would be of removing them…

If full payment was due , you might not get anything , especially for no good reason (illness/death etc)

Depends on how much longer left until the holiday but I’d say likely no refund.
you may be able to get the name swapped though which is probably your best bet

Does it not say about amendments in the t and c? I would imagine unless it was a hotel and an additional room then there is probably little to be refunded, unless you could try to get the flights refunded?

Regardless of the policy, you can get the tax element of the flights refunded if you don't travel.

Thank you. I’m kind of reeling right now and haven’t checked the Ts and Cs. I will do so later once I have a fuller picture. Good call on perhaps paying extra to change the name and take another person…if it comes to it will just suck it up anyway. But thank you. Just wondered if the MN bunch could answer my musings which you kind of have.

Can you look at your travel insurance?

if you remove someone, you’ll get back airport taxes regardless.

In theory yes in practice very difficult - package holidays often have this covered in Ts and Cs I.e no refund

i tried with Easyjet once and gave up because their admin fee for doing it was more than the refund

You should get back any airport taxes on the flight, if you cancel their place. If they no-show, nothing. How close to departure date are you? There will be a sliding scale of cancellation fees, up to 100%.

Just be aware that depending on accommodation type removing one person could end up increasing costs for those remaining - if there's been a discount for a third adult sharing for example. The only way you're going to know is to call OP, but the chances of a full refund are next to none I'm afraid.
