Then there is India. I have never seen such madness on roads and I’ve travelled a lot! We had a driver when we were last there. No guarantee of safety, but at least they are experienced with their roads. We were going down motorways, with just as many vehicles going the wrong way as the right way. They go on and off slip roads irrespective of the correct of traffic too. It’s a total miracle that there are not more accidents than there actually are. Maybe they is really something in those Hindu Gods (no offence intended, I love India).
