Hello everyone, just wondering if anyone can give me some advice
I booked a package holiday through Love Holidays and Ryan Air have changed our flights so we are due to leave a day later and return a day later
we have updated our booking on manage my booking so the hotel date would change and have now received a message stating we have an extra £341 to pay immediately
or no changes will be made for the hotel and we will essentially lose a day there and have no hotel on the last night
this just doesn’t seem right to me has anyone else experienced this? Can I get a refund? We genuinely can’t afford to pay £341 right now and it isn’t even our fault
