City break for teens in October

Planning 4-5 night city break in October. Originally looking at Europe but more expensive than I realised. Given the expense now wondering about New York as prices look similar. We will be flying from Scotland.

Any suggestions on a city break with 2 teens?

We have just been to Seville Spain with teens. They loved it. Lots to see and they whizzed about on e-scooters. Now planning Malaga in October. (Hopefully some sunshine).
