Pre existing conditions for travel insurance

Trying to buy travel insurance and unsure on what I would need to declare.

Last year i self referred myself for CBT via the NHS talking therapies for symptoms of anxiety. I've never seen a dr for this or been formally diagnosed but I continue to attend CBT session for symptoms of anxiety. I don't take any medication....would you declare anxiety as a preexisting condition in these circumstances?

Similarly my son has had an assessment for autism, however he's being monitored and therefore no outcome/not formally diagnosed. He doesn't take any medication or anything like that. Would that be a preexisting condition if not diagnosed? I'm thinking no need to declare

Best to declare everything

If you went to the doctor with a headache, you didnt declare it
You have a very bad headache out there, they will say its related

Most insurance firms will try everything to get out of a payout

Declare everything, i think everything you said wont up the premium of holiday insurance anyway, so best to declare than not
