London

We are going to London this year with a 10 year old and one just under 2.
It was booked a while ago and we underestimated how mobile the little one would be 😫
We are staying at Premier Inn county hall. So first question - we are travelling by train into Euston, would a taxi be easiest way to get there and would it be fortunes? Just thinking we will have luggage etc when we first arrive so just want easiest option.

Also to add into the mix we are having a day at Harry potter and then a day at legoland. Legoland I know we can get a train from Waterloo to Windsor, and harry potter will again be via euston.
I'm just after any tips at all to ease the travelling journeys for things as I was so exited when I booked it but now the logistics of it are are stressing me out!

Don't really want to stay anywhere else as County Hall is quite central for doing the sights in London.

Any tips or advice would be gratefully received x

Northern line southbound via Charing Cross takes you to Waterloo, then a five minute walk; but that might be crowded, depends how much luggage you'll have. Black cab will cost a fortune. Googling 'minicab Euston to Waterloo' brings up some results, you could look at that option.

Harry Potter is really easy just go overground to Watford and then they lay on a coach that takes you to and from the studios.

You'll be fine using the tube. Yes it will be busy but it's very normal to see people travelling with lots of luggage plus a buggy. Look at the tube map to see if the stations yours travelling to / from are step-free or have lifts. I suspect Waterloo and Euston do.
Black cabs are really expensive.
The other option is Uber?

Quickest is northern line to waterloo but check as the down escalators were out of service. You may be better walking down to King's Cross or there are buses but traffic is really slow,

68 bus goes from Euston to Waterloo and you get the view going over Waterloo Bridge which you don't get on the tube. Luggage space is v limited, though.
