Holiday with a 3 month old

Looking for advice and recommendations for a holiday with a 3 month old.
I will be 40 next month, I would like to go on holiday with my husband and baby rather than the stress of having a party.

I am looking for recommendations of where to travel and if anyone has any advice on how to travel with a young baby. I'm not too concerned with the duration of the flight as we will be travelling in business class. I am more concerned about safety and how to get about once there.

We normally go on road trip typologies, with three or four hotels per trip. I'm not sure how feasible this would be now though.

It will be November and would prefer hot.

Tips welcome :)

Bumping it up for you, no baby yet but TTC and looking at holidays for October/November next year so all going well we might have one the same age and be asking this question next year. Sorry I can’t advise!

My mum took me at 8 weeks (I had an older sibling and they didn’t want to cancel the holiday). She was breastfeeding so it was really easy and apparently she didn’t need to take much at all, and it was the easiest time to travel with me as apparently 9m+ when they get more mobile it can be trickier!

Travelling with a young baby is much easier than when they are older, especially if you are breastfeeding.
Personally I think staying in one place would be better than moving around with a baby.

So easy at that age. Do anything you want before you have to take your child’s needs to be entertained into account. From now onwards holidays will be much more stressful!

Definitely easiest before they are mobile and eating solids and even easier if you are breastfeeding.

I would look for a 5* resort and plan to do very little. You'll likely be exhausted and surviving on broken sleep so a bit of luxury and pampering would be welcomed I'm sure.

It's easy as they aren't mobile but I would look for a resort where you have a suite/appartment so you can sit in peace while you baby sleeps. My DD was never one who slept in a pram while we ate dinner.

Definitely look for a bit of luxery, especially where all equipment can be provided.

If you plan anything long haul, remember the jet lag. I couldn't cope with it and having a baby, normal sleep issues were already a problem for me.
