PIL's have a cruise booked for next year which includes a stop in the US. They do have coverage with their bank, but have both had health issues since they last travelled pre-covid. COPD, a stable heart issue and arthritis causing slow mobility. Are there any companies they could look at? Do they send them a print off of their medical records, or just list them all on the forms?

Holidaysafe might be one to check - with the online quotes you list your health conditions and they will tell you whether they are covered, excluded or covered for an extra premium which you can choose to pay or choose to instead exclude from cover.

Staysure and Admiral are both quite popular and you just answer all the questions online, which are pretty standard across most companies. I think there's a separate cruises option.

It's all very straightforward to do. I wouldn't go for the cheapest and do check what you're actually covered for ie not just health.
