Mark Warner or Neilson

Hi
Has anyone any advice as to which is the best bet? I'm looking for a holiday where DH can cycle and I can do nothing Smile.
We've done several MW in the past, with children, they were great but reviews now seem very mixed.
I wondered about the Neilson Buca resort in Greece, but any advice or event experiences would be much appreciated.

I would go for the Buca option as it’s the only adult only resort - which means (I presume, haven’t checked!) it’s cheaper as you aren’t paying for included childcare unlike all the other resorts. No idea what the cycling is like there though.

There’s also some cycling specific holidays which seem to cater for a non cyclist partner eg https://www.hookedoncycling.co.uk/ these guys seem to point out which of their resorts are best for a non cyclist (things to do locally) and also organise cookery classes or market tours etc.

Suggesting this simply because MW / Neilson are blooming expensive and I’m not sure it’s great value if you’re not planning to use most of the activities or the childcare.

Buca is actually more expensive as it has waiter service restaurants etc. We stayed in the one it is joined on yo & it did look nice. They share some facilities with the other hotel. Cycling looked good.

Thanks, it is more expensive I think, although it does have some extra stuff included. It appeals as we don't have children with us now.
Thanks for the other ideas suggested, I'll have a look. It doesn't have to be MW/Neilson but in the past it's worked well when we want to do different things

Oh, that's interesting... I'm hoping to do something like this again at some point (lots of Nielsen's while dd was secondary school age). The important question is, of course, what's the wind like?Grin
