Hello!

Looking to go away on the 23rd June; can fly from Southampton, Bournemouth, Bristol, Birmingham and London airports.

1 adult, 1 child and 1 infant.

Looking at all inclusive, a decent aqua park for 11 year old but also a good water park for toddler (so a good kids pool.)

No preference to where but my budget isn't a lot... £1500 max.

Any ideas!? Thank you!

Try jet2 and Tui websites as you can do an open search to go anywhere from any number of airports.

Thank you! My eldest might not be coming now (very odd but won't force him!).

So looking for a decent beach and splash park for toddler!

Globales Los Delfines in Menorca with Tui comes in at £1328 flying from Gatwick. You get unlimited access to the water park should your eldest go with you and it’s within walking distance of beautiful, safe beaches

The plans have changed 😂

Partner is now coming but only day we can go is 3rd July! So two adults, one 11 year old and one 1 year old!

Finding it hard to find anything with our budget that hasn't got recently awful trip advisor reviews though 😞

TUI has options just over£1500 for that exact date out of Bournemouth, Gatwick slightly less.

gogohmm · 07/06/2023 17:52

Reviews aren't the best but it's a very low budget for 3 people in July, even early July.

cocksstrideintheevening · 07/06/2023 17:53

Tiny budget in July. travel agent or google?

Coronationstation · 07/06/2023 20:08

To be fair, your budget is tiny for peak season for 4 people at short notice. If you can’t find anything it’s probably because it doesn’t exist or it’s already booked. A self catering property to sleep 4 people in the U.K. could realistically cost that much in July. Have you tried doing a search for flights only and booking accommodation separately?

EwwSprouts · 07/06/2023 20:20

Sorry looks like a brackets fail there.

astronuts · 07/06/2023 20:28

I think prices may have risen since we last went on holiday 😂

We went to Mexico 2021 in November, 5* all inclusive two weeks and it was £3.5k!

So, maybe I need to up the budget!

This is a very tight budget for July, I think you'll be able to find an all inclusive but it may not come with a waterpark etc unless you can pick up a last minute deal. Go on Jet2, TUI & easyJet holidays, select the airports you can fly from and leave the destination any to see what comes up. I would look for anything above 3 star on trip advisor as people have varying expectations when they go on holiday and I've found good or bad reviews don't always match how I would rate it.

Coronationstation · 08/06/2023 07:25

I agree with reading the reviews on trip advisor as well as just looking at the star ratings. A lot of the lower scores are from people who on reading, haven’t done their research before booking and complain about things like too many steps at a hotel complex that clearly states it’s on a hill and not suitable for people with mobility problems!
