Hi! We went earlier in the year and it was very casual. Do you have the meal plan? We had it and we're very grateful as the food was crazy expensive! I took my two kids to Annette's diner for lunch one day and had a burger and fries, my two sons had a hot dog and chips, for just that it would have been 75 euros!!

Do you have the app? You can book meals and shows and check the waiting times for rides.

As you are staying on site you will get the magic hour in the morning so go on the rides that get busy straight away like the spider man ride, crush's coaster, Peter Pan.

Have a fab time! We loved it!!

The dress code is very casual. We went in June 19 and everyone was in shorts and tshirts etc.

There are several good shows, don't fall for the Disney trap of paying for any of them, you will get in, you just need to queue a good 30-40 minutes before.

The Lucky Nugget was good for food and had a puppet show during the day time. Caseys Corner is good for hotdogs. We bought cheap takeout breakfast each day on Main Street, which was orange juice/coffee/pastries and shared 2 between 3 of us. Hyperion had old Micky Mouse cartoons on. It was lovely and cool in there and we sat and ate some snacks while having a break from the sun.

Be prepared to queue for everything though unless you have a disability pass.

You’ll need a really comfy pair of shoes. I wear trainers with leggings and a t shirt. You’ll want something breathable if it’s really hot, and that dries easily if you go on the water rides or it rains. You’ll also need a decent and comfortable back pack and layers for the evening. Take a light mac and a sun hat.

There is a facebook group called Brits in Disney Paris or something like that-and they know everything!!

Thanks so much for great advice and suggestions. Will go with leggings and tops instead of dresses and skirts so. Weather looking like 24 at height of the day so I think I should be ok with leggings.
Will check out those suggestions for food. We just have breakfast. Lucky nugget with puppet show sounds good. I have downloaded app so thanks for tip about wait times.

Is there any must do rides and shows that you don't want to miss.

Mickey and The Magician is a brilliant show

Rides we loved

Peter Pan
Flying Carpets
Buzz Lightyear
Phantom Manor
Molly Brown river boat, just a lovely river cruise around BTM.

My daughter loved Big Thunder Mountain (BTM). The queues for that get a lot quieter in the evening. We got lucky one night as it rained while we were eating and when we came out the queues had gone and my daughter went on twice in row.

Check the programme/app for the character meets and plan your day around those if you want autographs. Take a sharpie and an autograph book/note book.

We did an area at a time and then did our favourite bits again (we did 5 nights so we could take it at our own pace due to mobility issues).

A lot of the stuff in the Studios was closed when we where there so we only spent half a day there.

It was also 27/28 degrees in June 19 so we boiled and had to keep buying cold drinks.

Don’t forget a waterproof and some light layers for the evening, especially if you are staying out late for the fireworks etc.

I would take a pair of gloves and a hat each (just normal ones, not ski gloves or anything) because some of the outdoor rides can get chilly when the temperature drops, and it’s hard to warm back up again. Unlikely to need them, but you never know. On the flip side, lots of sunscreen and a cap each for queuing/rides outside.
