October half term recommendations - heated pools?

Am looking for an October half term holiday for family of 4 (kids will be 3 and 5). We haven't been abroad before as a family and I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the options! All of our holidays to date have been camping, self catering or centerparcs type things.

I love the idea of an all inclusive type holiday with some activities for the kids (not worried if they're too young for the clubs and don't need all the bells and whistles, although a park and a couple of slides in the pool would be ideal) and would like warm-ish weather. Ideally a couple of interesting places to visit for day trips as well as spending a few days chilling out. So far had a look at Rhodes, Crete, Gran Canaria, Southern Spain and found some really lovely looking options, but...

The main issue is that whilst my kids are totally hardy things, I am a bit of a wimp and think I'd struggle to spend long in an unheated pool at that time of year. Because of their ages they couldn't go in by themselves so it would be quite limiting.

Ideally looking in the 2.5-3.5k range.

So far I have found Playa Montroig (Eurocamp) or a couple of options for Yelloh! Campsites which have heated pools. As it's our first trip like this I am really attracted to the idea of a package holiday to make life simpler so I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for all inclusive type resorts that might fit the bill? Thanks for reading!

We went to jungle aqua park in Egypt last October half term, it was still warm enough that the pools didn’t need to be heated. It’s got an attached waterpark with splash areas and big slides, there was a kids club and mini disco etc too

I can't help with heated pools, but we have often gone to places with a kids pool that's quite shallow. You can then sit on/by the side of the pool or stand in the pool, so don't need to be fully in. Do check carefully before booking a heated pool, as the heating is pricey, so they may limit when it is turned on. You don't want to find it's not on if that's what you based your decision on!

Seaside Los Jameos in Lanzarote has a year round heated pool. I still found it a bit chilly in the mornings, but lovely in the afternoon once the sun has been on it.
It's a great hotel, lovely food, right on the beach.

All the Ikos hotels have heated pools . We were in the Corfu hotel in April and the pools were like baths!
They are expensive but you might get the week within your budget .
Could not recommend more .

Even heated pools can be colder than you would like. A villa with a small heated pool is likely to be the warmest.

I find it tricky to find out whether a hotel heats pools. Jet2 puts it on listings, but you can't filter by it on a search. I then check out TripAdvisor reviews to see if there are comments about whether the pool heating is adequate.
