Best place for a break in the snow

Hi, I have always wanted to have a 'snow' holiday, just a few days with sledges, reindeers, huskies etc. My DC are teenagers so no need for the santa experience. All the packages/companies I've looked at have centred around that, and they're expensive 😂. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?
Thanks

Switzerland is the prettiest places like St Moritz or Kitzbuhl in Austria

Would you want to learn to ski in the nursery slopes with beginner groups.

It can be a really fun way to meet people and do other activities as well that you've mentioned

I'm not really interested in skiing. I hate heights and can't manage the ski lifts. 😳Switzerland is a good call though!

We got easyJet flights to Rovanemi in March and stayed at Holiday Village Gulo Gulo. Its was all organised direct with them, including transfers. Although you can book the accommodation with booking.com

All activities based at the holiday village, not cheap activities though. And a zoo there too. We loved it. They can also organise a night in their nearby igloos too.

I wouldn't go to a ski place if you don't want to ski - you'll be paying through the nose for the privilege of being near the slopes. Scandinavia is a much better shout - Finland or Norway

I meant for your DC really in the mornings. I figured you yourself weren't interested in skiing

But yes Scandinavia etc would suit your needs

Ruka is a great base for all that.
