Bali or Thailand

Thoughts about which similar costs. 14-15 nights in January we haven’t been to that part of the world before.

family of 4 - kids are early 20s (can’t seem to shake them off holiday wise)

Thailand, lots to do, mountains, beaches and cities. Bali has a problem with rubbish, tide is full of it.

We’ve gone for Thailand flying into Bangkok then doing a few nights in different places.

hopeuflly our daughter is studying in KL for year so planning a couple of other trips then.

You have already decided on Thailand, good choice out of the 2, Thailand has more to offer IMO than Bali.

You will also enjoy Malaysia, lots to do and KL is a great city to explore.

I have visited 2 of the counties mentioned many times and lived in the other!

Have you considered Vietnam? We went and loved it, many people described it as Thailand before it became commercialised.

Enjoyed Thailand but absolutely loved Vietnam!
Absolutely beautiful with far more culture .
