Any Spanish speakers about? (Covid/ travel related)

Hi,
Can anyone please help me look at Spanish media to see if there are any reports on whether the requirement to test / provide Covid recovery certificates has been extended beyond 15 July for UK based travellers who can’t prove vaccination status. Can’t see anything in English about this.

We don’t want to order expensive tests or private recovery certificates unnecessarily, for our trip next week if the rules are about to change. (And no we’re not getting the booster, just to preempt any suggestions of doing that!)

Any help appreciated :)

Where have you seen the 15 July date? Ar enough sure it applied to non EU countries?
im looking at the Spanish website and it still says you should provide PCR (within 72 hours) or Lateral Flow (within 24 hours) of departure.
or certificate you’ve had it in the past 6 months.
no mention of dates.

You’ll also have to fill our the passenger locator form and show the QR.

this is it necessary for vaccinated people any more.

from your post, it’s not clear if you’ve had no vaccinations at all or if you’ve just not had the booster.

Thank you all- I’m aware of all the above rules but the 15July date was mentioned here ^ ( in Spanish) as mentioned on Twitter. I’m looking to find out if there’s been an extension of the rules (which were extended for a further month on 15 June).

@Summerof22 it doesn’t really matter as I’m treated as unvaccinated anyway!

They’ve been extended until September 15

ToastedBunny · 17/07/2022 07:37

@lickenchugget really?! How did you find that out?

Summerof22 · 17/07/2022 07:40

@ToastedBunny i don’t think so.
you would be considered as fully vaccinated as long as the second jab was given within 270 days of departure.

ToastedBunny · 17/07/2022 07:44

@Summerof22 I know- it wasn’t :)

I just showed the NHS Travel Pass (the one you apply for online and they post to you). But I take it you are saying you wouldn't be able to get that one?

ToastedBunny · 17/07/2022 07:52

Yes @NotStayingIn
specifically talking about rules for the ‘unvaccinated’

Sorry yes I see what you mean. Hope you get the answer you need. Enjoy your trip!

Here are the rules in English: www.spth.gob.es

As other posters said they have been extended until the 15th of September (last paragraph in BOE’s original text)

dementedpixie · 17/07/2022 09:09

LFTs aren't expensive so just do one of them before travel

ToastedBunny · 17/07/2022 11:56

I wish it were that simple @dementedpixie
i think they now require an in clinic test..

OP posts:
dementedpixie · 17/07/2022 12:01

I dont see anything to say an in clinic test is required so I'd order postal ones

ToastedBunny · 17/07/2022 12:11

@dementedpixie theres a pdf attached to a link telling you which tests are allowed
