LoveHolidays - I messed up, what can I do?

I booked a holiday online with LoveHolidays and paid a deposit. After it went through I saw there is a small mistake in my email address that I entered. So I won’t get the booking confirmation or anything else.

I can’t contact them. They don’t have an email address or phone number on the website and I can’t find any from a web search. You can only contact them online if you have a booking number, which is on the email that I won’t get. All I have is an order number, which I can’t use to contact them, it has to be the booking number.

What do I do? My phone number is correct on the booking confirmation, will they see that the email bounced and call me? Does anyone know of a phone number or email address for them?

This happened me, I dm’ed them on facebook messenger and they sorted it through that.

I have done the same thing and I have tried very phone number under the planet what am I going to do! Please help me

0208 175 1145 Definitely works if you call from a different number. I tried it from my landline. Do that and you will be able to choose “new booking” and explain.

Do not try to call them from the number you put in when you booked, because the system recognises you as an existing booking and tells you to log in on the web site.

You may be on hold for a while but I got through quickly.
