Just priced up Florida for next year, cheapest flights are £3,500 or thereabouts for 4 adults and one child.

Care hire is £1500.

Complete with villa and tickets it’s going to be about £11k.

pre covid we probably paid about £7-8k and £500 quid ish and less each for flights.

I mean I feel like you only live once but I’ll be stopping in for a year to save ha!

We spent £3k all in all for a trip to Florida just got back , for 3 of us . It was a late booking paid £840 for flights and car hire . £250 for accomodation , £710 park tickets to discovery cove, sea world , Busch gardens and Aquatica. which included free parking. We went to Disney and universal in 2019 but DD didn't like Disney found it too overwhelming, she enjoyed the Florida keys much more.

We also went to st Pete's beach for one day which was amazing. Bought bits and pieces from Walmart for breakfast , lunch we went for fast food or one of the cheaper places. Dinner we ate out also bought clothes and handbags It was far too hot some days reached 36 degrees! So we ended up at Aquatica most days . Was much better when we went in Xmas December/January holidays still very warm but not unbearable. Would not recommend going on a theme park holiday in the summer months too hot.

We won't be going on a theme park holiday again DD says she doesn't rate it. Much prefers chilling by the pool so if we go to Florida again it will be the gulf coast , Miami or the keys.
