Where about to do you wanna go though? There are lots of countries/Islands in the Caribbean.... But a very popular one is Sandals (there's one in all the "major" Caribbean countries)

Thanks @Wayfairtwo. Tbh I'm not sure yet, just looking for ideas of where to go which is less couplely (not sure that's even a word Grin) and more family focused!

What price range? There's a wide range. Sandals is adult only, but their "Beaches" resorts are for families - www.tripadvisor.co.uk/HotelsList-Caribbean-Family_friendly-All_Inclusive-Resort-zfp13625300.html

Sandals are known to be a family hotel. Lots of activities for children...They are in St. Lucia, Jamaica, Antigua, Grenada, Barbados, Turks and Caicos and the Bahamas.

Have a browse online...

Yeah I think that's right PP...Beaches by sandals is the one we went to in Turks and Caicos

OuttaBabylon · 12/05/2022 14:54

No it is not, @Wayfairtwo. But Beaches, also owned by Sandals, with properties in Jamaica or the Turks & Caicos islands, welcomes children.

Cross-post @Wayfairtwo -- I had a cringey "romantic" holiday at Sandals. Never again. It is very couplely. I am looking at the Bequia Beach resort in Bequia, St Vincent. Something quiet, and not as big as Beaches.

Yes you're right. The beaches we went to Turks was fantastic to be honest...There were so many activities for kids, DS never did the same thing twice. It's brilliant. Expensive lol but brilliant.

Wayfairtwo · 12/05/2022 15:03

There are also lots of family hotels in Turks aside from Beaches OP and most of them are inclusive too.

St James Club, Antigua.

We went to St. James Morgan Bay in St. Lucia which we really liked and DD, 8 at that time, loved as well.
Negative side - we found St. Lucia an island where you only go on organised tours, we didn't really liked going out on our own.

Barbados is great to explore on your own, the hotels are more expensive and smaller I found.

Grand memories Splash in punta cana Dominican Republic it was paradise!

The Royalton is literally next door I dined for free a few times as they closed the main hotel I was staying in.. I also used their pools too. Bliss took ds he loved the waterpark! It's shared for both!

Weather was fantastic and I got a reasonable deal with TUI.
