EasyJet- what exactly comprises a 'pushchair'?

So looking at the easyJet website, it seems you can take two baby items on flights for free, including pushchair, car seat and travel cot.

We plan to fly to Croatia and DD will be 4 months. We have an iCandy lime travel system and her car seat attaches directly to the pushchair chassis. Does anyone know if this combination of chassis with car seat counts as a single item, or two items? We want to take the car seat/chassis combination and a travel cot. Any ideas if we'll be charged or if we can take them all as part of the two items? Example photo included of the car seat/chassis combo for reference!

I think if you turned up at the gate/check-in with one of them clipped onto the chassis and the other separate that would count as two. If you went with it in 3 separate parts then you might have an issue!

How many pieces / bags does it fold down into? If you can get the frame + car seat into a single protective bag, I don't think they would care. We collapse ours (with a pushchair seat not car seat) into a zippable IKEA bag and have never had anyone look inside.

If it collapses into 2 separate items that need 2 luggage tags, no idea but suspect it would depend on who was on the desk.

Thanks both. Not sure the car seat and chassis would fit into a single bag - they're both pretty bulky. Guess we'll just have to play it by ear and be prepared to stump up for an extra item of luggage if needed!

You can buy huge pushchair gate check bags, we got one big enough to fit our double buggy in for £10 on Amazon. It's not available anymore so no point linking it, but I'm assuming you can get something similar now. It might be worth a look to reduce the risk of being charged?

We use an IKEA Dimpa bag for our single buggy, but I don't think that would be anything like big enough for your needs.

We travel with a pushchair consisting of two items and a car seat. No problem

I wouldn’t be taking that. I would be buying a cheap lie flat stroller that I was happier to get lost / damaged than a very expensive icandy set up…
