Copenhagen with two little ones

I'm sure I have seen people say Copenhagen is a good place for a family holiday with little ones? Can anyone recommend things to do but most importantly accomodation? There will be me and DH, DD who will be 4 and DS who will be 1. I don't really want us to all sleep in one room though which is the major issue, because I don't want the kids waking each other up all night. They both wake regularly at night at the moment.

The best things to do with children that age are Tivoli, the amazing Blue Planet aquarium, a canal boat cruise, the zoo (which has all the big-ticket animals including a pair of giant pandas), Experimentarium and the Hans Christian Andersen experience. The National Museum also has a Children’s Museum, with a replica viking ship you can mess about on, costumes to try and plenty of hands-on exhibits.
There’s are lots of playgrounds, restaurants with kids menus and the transport is easy to use with a pushchair.
Adina Apartment Hotel gets good reviews, although I’ve never actually stayed there myself. We stay at Tivoli Hotel which has interconnecting family rooms. Once you make a reservation you can make requests, for instance on a room on a low floor or a cot, just write it in the comment field.
