Is Disneyland Paris worth it for a day?

In the summer we will be staying at a Eurocamp about 1 hr drive from DL. I had a look and tickets for us as a family of 5 look to be around £450 which seems crazy for the day.

So is it worth it? Wondering if it will be bonkers busy and just spend our time queuing! Or should we save it for a weekend when we can do it “properly”?

Better for a few days, we haven't had the annual passes since before covid, but they did have a discovery pass (their cheapest) which might work out a few € more expensive but will allow you to visit for several days.

I always find 2-3 days to be good for DLP. 1 day in each park ideally plus an extra day to cover things we missed or really wanted to re-do.

We had the magic plus passes in 2019, they were €220 each (one down from most expensive) and we got discounts, free parking, discounted hotels, and magic hours, we spent about 7 weekends there over the course of the year, just finding cheap ferry crossings, driving there and staying in a cheap nearby hotel.
Some of our best family memories were made that year.
