Recommend me a good city break destination

Criteria:

3 nights
Late October
Good food
Plenty of good sightseeing/ day trip options

We already done the below cities so they can be excluded:

Prague
Paris
Dubrovnik
Edinburgh
Manchester
London
Rome

Bilbao. Amazing food and drink. And plenty to see!
It was up there for us as one of the best places ever, and we've been on quite a few city breaks!

If you like fantastic views but without the hassle.. Go north.

Seriously, Inverness.

Once in Inverness, get a car and enjoy the greatest country in the world.
