Travel insurance without booster

We're hoping to go to Florida at Easter. I am triple jabbed, by time we go DH will only be double jabbed.

Does anyone know which insurers will cover us for COVID related issues? Staysure's website says that you must have had any vaccinations 'you've been offered' which is a little ambiguous.

With respect OP, you need to ring or do online chat with an insurer.

Yes, I will do, I know it's hard for people on here to answer accurately. Just wondered if anyone had the same specific query and had it answered by an insurer.

I suppose it would be a question of proving that he’s taken what’s been offered. Every adult in the uk has been offered the booster so it may be hard to prove. Unless he has special circumstances.

Is there a reason why he won't be boosted by then? Can you prove he's done everything within the timeline offered?

He didn't want the vaccine but is now getting it. But won't have time to get all three shots before we go. Currently, entry for US is two jabs - that's how they're defining 'fully vaccinated' but I'm aware this definition could be updated after we book our holiday - and if so, are we covered for cancellation?

I think it comes down to language and how it's interpreted. DH hasn't been offered the booster because he's not eligible until he's had vaccines 1 and 2. He's also not refused it.
