Eurostar gone awol?

Has anyone managed to contact Eurostar recently? I'm trying to book a trip, but my login details won't work, and the password reset won't work either (no email arrives). Have tried to phone them but just on hold forever. Emailed customer services a week ago but no response. Anyone else?

Do you have points or something to use? You can book as a guest without logging in.

Yes, I've got vouchers to use from a cancelled trip.

Create a new login to use the vouchers with ( if they’re not tied to your existing account )

Could their emails be going to your spam folder?

I have this quite often when trying to reset passwords.

I have had exactly the same problem with eurostar- twice! It seems like they have massively reduced customer services perhaps in order not to have to deal with the huge number of people with vouchers from cancelled journeys. In both cases it took them more than two weeks to reply to my emails. If the journey had been sooner than that I would have been completely unable to travel. As far as I can tell all calls to customer services cost a minimum of £10 even if you just want to book a ticket. I called them and had to listen to several minutes of useless info in a recorded message about covid and then was kept on hold for ages and ages, then gave up.

I seem to remember that I was able to get into the booking system from a link the email I was sent with the voucher without using a password, but may be wrong about that. My problem was that the voucher code was not recognised, and again I have a feeling this is a deliberate ploy to confuse people so they don't book. I know this sounds paranoid but Ryanair do this. I tried over and over, and tried to get hold of them. eventually I noticed that the voucher code was in fact my booking reference rather than the 'voucher code' and it worked. I hope that makes sense. Two weeks later they answered my email.

I don't know if that helps you at all but I share your frustration. I wrote an email to You and Yours on Radio 4 about it because they have obviously given up on customer services and it is very frustrating.
