Does anyone know what paperwork I need to complete to travel with my 12 year son to Rome in Feb 2022 ? He has had one covid vaccine but then caught covid so has been unable so far to have his second . Drs surgery don’t seem to have a clue what is needed . Thankyou

We're just giving this thread a bump for the OP in case anyone's around to answer her query.

My daughter couldn’t have her jab due to covid so I got a certificate of immunity for her. My GP doesn’t do them so I had to go private (cost around £100). I think 119 can issue paper covid passes for children too.

Thankyou . I just rang 119 and they just got told an hour ago that they no longer will issue them . I just hope Italy accepts a private certificate of immunity !!

You need to check what they require to actually do anything while you are there, have a look in their embassy website. I believe almost everything requires a green pass or a super green pass (public transport, restaurants, museums etc)
You don’t want to get there & not be able to do anything.

Ok on here it says over 12 for most restrictions www.italia.it/en/covid19
As he is 12 I would double check it’s not 12 & over rather than just over 12

"over 12" in Italian means as of the child's birthday.
