Please tell me where Brits can holiday this Christmas?

My dp and I are double jabbed. DCs are 13 and 12 and not yet vaccinated.
We have never been abroad but this year are finally financially able to afford a holiday over Christmas. We can't go anywhere in summer or half terms due to our business.
But I'm so confused, googling shows endless sites about our green list but not which of those countries are admitting Brits.
Is anyone able to tell me where I should start looking? I really fancy centreparcs in the Netherlands or Belgium but open to anything really

Hungary was a success last week with me and teens. Not great if you're looking for somewhere warm though!

We just needed a PCR to get in. To come back to UK, we had to show passenger locator form (with references for booked day 2 tests for adult). Scotland say that teens also need a day 2 test but the passenger locator form never asked for their reference (of course, we bought one for the teens even though it wasn't checked).

A big frustration is that there's a delay in some pages being updated with new and ever-changing rules. So it's really confusing trying to find the most reliable and up to date information. E.g. when we were booking Hungary a few weeks ago, their own official pages still made it look like everyone needed a EU pass to get into restaurants etc, and it was still not open for tourism from UK. In fact, it's very much open and as soon as you leave the airport, there aren't any obvious restrictions.

Cyprus might suit especially Paphos which is a working town as well as holiday resort.
Unvaccinated teens have to do test at Paphos airport which I think is 19 euros they can leave the airport after test and wait for results in your accommodation.
They have to do another test before going back which is in pharmacy costs 10 euros or less.
There are historic remains if that suits sea bathing and beaches.
Still warm in winter

@Starisnotanumber isn’t Cyprus cold in the winter?

Not actually been in December but been in November.
Google says its around 16/17 degrees which is much warmer than here.
OP was looking at Belgium and Holland so wasn't thinking really hot was necessary.
You can hire a car and go to the mountains or go through the border to famagusta.
Plus historical sites with Roman mosaics and ruins and tomb of the Kings.
It's also easy for teens at the moment testing is necessary but it's cheaper than most places and no quarantine needed other than a couple of hours in apartment or hotel after landing.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I've actually gone for something completely different to centreparcs in the Netherlands. We booked Thailand today. Its a bit of a risk as the sandbox scheme hasn't been officially extended to Bangkok yet but if looks like it will go ahead from Nov 1st. Unvaccinated under 18s travelling with vaccinated adults stay the first week in Bangkok but not quarantined so you can still go out and go stuff. Then you are free to travel to other parts of Thailand. We booked flights that are flexible so if they don't open up by Dec we can go elsewhere or change the dates up to 2 years. It isn't the European Christmas we were first thinking about but accommodation is unbelievably cheap in Bangkok right now so we got a great deal

This is a terrible year to plan your first holiday abroad. Covid rates rocketing, Morocco has banned UK flights, others might follow. I would leave it till next year, when you can hopefully do it properly!

Morocco has just banned all brits from entry, it’s a popular short haul sun destination.

I imagine a few countries will be following suit as are infection rates are spiralling

Last night the Thai government confirmed Bangkok is opening up to vaccinated tourists from UK. However unlike their sandbox scheme which allows unvaccinated children under 18 who travel with their vaccinated parents to phuket or krabi or samui, Bangkok's new rules from Nov 1st are limited to under 12s. So we are not entitled with out unvaccinated teens. Our gamble did not pay off. Luckily we planned for this and booked flexible flights and already have accommodation booked in phuket as a plan b. So we are now going to Phuket first for a week where you can travel freely after the first night and a negative test. After 7 days we can go on to Bangkok and travel freely there, which is where my good friend lives who we are visiting.
I recognise this isn't the best time to plan a long haul trip. But we have never before been able to afford such a luxury and now that we can, we will, following all rules. If we keep waiting we may miss our chance to go as a family and their generation have already missed out on so much. We are lucky in that we are in a position with our work and their education that we can self isolate for 10 days before leaving to minimise risk of testing positive and missing the whole holiday. Plus we want to take advantage of the cheaper flights and extremely cheap accommodation that is due to the pandemic. We have weighed this all up in great detail and unless UK locks down again we are going to go.

Thailand sounds fab.
Morocco hasn’t banned brits, they have banned flights to and from the UK. You can still transit through a third country.
