Flights - does everyone have to isolate if one positive case

Just that really - does anyone know if someone has a positive Covid test and you're on the same flight does everyone have to self isolate?

@Pootle40 hope you don’t mind me asking. For the UK return tests to Scotland do we still have to use the one company only or not ? Is it one before you leave and one on Day 2 - who are you using?
Trying to price it up so can have proper discussion with friends about it. Thanks !
