Birmingham with children

We are going to visit my sister in Birmingham, my two boys are 7 and nearly 3.

Does anyone know of an indoor play area in the centre of Birmingham, that the boys and dh can go to on the Sunday morning, whilst sis and I hit the shops!?

I saw on the website, there is a SeaLife in the centre, anyone been to this one?

Also, is Cadburys World worth a visit? Many thanks Midlands Mumsnetters!

Ems, I visited Birmingham recently with my dd aged nearly 5 and she adored Cadbury's world. We phoned and pre booked tickets to save queueing too.
We spent about 3-4 hours there, dd loved trying all the chocolate and was absolutely fascinated by the packing line.Got loads of free samples too. There is a quiz sheet for the kids to do on the way round and a good playground outside if the weather is good. There were lots of school visits when we were ther though so try and hang back or move on quickly to avoid getting caught in the rush.

Not really what you asked but if it's a nice day the Botanical Gardens are really good for kids (and loads of room to run around). Near the University.

Been to the sea life centre several times. It is impressive, but quite pricey. Also, it can be busy at weekends/half terms etc. I would thoroughly recommend the "Think tank" which is a science and history museum in the centre-ish of Birmingham. It is very hands-on and great for all ages. There is also a cinema there, but haven't been to that. If I think of anything else I'll post again. Enjoy your stay.

The Sea Life centre is very overpriced. Cadbury World is good for all ages, so would recommend and you can make it last for much longer than a trip to the Sea Life Centre. Tumble Jungle in Stirchley (about 3 miles out of centre) is a soft play, climbing, sliding place that is cheap and fun and sells a decentish coffee for parents - we read the papers and let them get on with it! The Nature Centre in Selly Park is fantastic and very cheap - does nice cakes too!

Thanks everyone, looks like its definitely Cadburys World. Hubby has visions of me diving into huge vats of melted chocolate!!
