Where would you like to visit first once restrictions are no longer in place/have been vaccinated?

Subject says it all really. I really miss travelling and being able to experience different cultures/food. Apologies if this question has been asked already. I think I would like to visit Italy again when I am able to. What about everyone else? Smile

I’d love to return to North Wales and do lots of walking and since I’m now fitter & 7stone lighter I would climb snowdon.

I’m longing for Gozo, where I can go walking in warm sunshine with wonderful views and see the sea every day.

I want to book my California holiday for 2022 feeling more secure it might actually go ahead as it's a big 3 week trip with lots of stops.
This year i want to get to Menorca or Ibiza for a few weeks in August.

Canada to see my family with dc and dh. (We were due to go last May.) I haven't seen my family in almost 2 years. It may still not be possible for ages depending on quartine periods. Who has enough holiday to quartine for 2 weeks on either side of a 2 week holiday?

That's what we have booked for August of this year, but I'm thinking we'll almost certainly need to postpone it for 12 months, given that I'm unlikely to have been fully vaccinated by then and it's a total shit-show over there at the moment. But tbh I'd be happy to go just about anywhere this summer as long as it's not the UK! I'm sick to death of 'staying at home'.

I want to lie on a French beach in warm sunshine then run into cold sea. I could do with a weekend break before summer tbh. If we could get out of lockfown by Easter I would like a break almost anywhere would do. SN child is getting so anxious I've just got to get him calm again. A quiet farm break would be good as animals relax him.

@Ariela

Frankly I'd just like to be able to enjoy the footpaths locally and my road without the people heaving, dogs off lead, kids wobbling about on bikes. It used to be SO quiet, if I took the dog out I'd not see a soul! Ours is reactive rescue, so I cannot walk in our road/local paths, too many people to lunge at / bark at now, we only go when it's raining hard or after dark.
Yes, I was thinking yesterday my local park is like it would have been in Edwardian times (when it first opened) - packed!

We're thinking of going to the States - to do a holiday we had to cancel five or so years ago for illness. Starting in New York and up to Maine. Possibly taking in Canada (not very thought out as yet!)

Next year, that is...
