Driving through france during curfew

Hi, I'm due to drive through france on Saturday to get to spain very late that evening.
My plan was to get off the ferry and drive solidly only stopping for quick toilet breaks. France now has an 8pm curfew so I should really stop driving and check into a hotel but that seems more risky for me and the hotel staff. France has a mitigating circumstances list but we don't really fall into any category. The fine is 135 euros which although a lot of money is still probably cheaper than a hotel and all the risks. My question for anyone living in France, can they fine you multiple times on the same journey? Does anyone have any knowledge or advice on this please?

Wow that is strict criteria. So basically you can go to work and get infected but don't walk your dog more than a km when you get home. Given the late hours commonly worked to in France this doesn't give much of a life beyond work.

The restrictions here have been very strict indeed.

In the second lockdown which ended on the15th Dec you needed a similar form (with slightly different criteria) every time you left the house. Timed and dated for each trip, so no wiggle room whatsoever.

In the first lockdown if you were shopping for food then it had to be at the nearest supermarket and only one person per car.

In both lockdowns, daily exercise/dog walking was also limited to 1km from your home address at all times.

All bars, cafes and restaurants had to close at the end of October and won't be re-opening until at least mid-January. Pre-ordered take aways are still allowed but you must be home before curfew.

The curfew is suspended on the 24th Dec but applies on all other dates.

That is the idea, no life other than work. We can see who we want during the day though, there are no restrictions to how many people we have for lunch as long as they are all home by 8pm (or stay overnight)
